Grilled Cheese with Bacon
I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast on Saturday and we were going out with friends for an early dinner, so lunch needed to be light. The cafeteria at my last job made a fantastic grilled cheese with bacon and tomato and I thought that sounded like a great quick lunch. Unfortunately I didn't have any tomatoes but I did have bacon:
