My plan for breakfast on Saturday evolved from scrambled eggs and toast into another fry up:
... when I discovered a few rogue mushrooms and some breakfast sausage in the fridge. I also sliced a tomato and cooked the slices until they started to brown. Another excellent, hearty breakfast to start the weekend.
