Skillet Beef Stroganoff

Another quick weeknight meal and a family favorite, Skillet Beef Stroganoff:


While the egg noodles were simmering away in the skillet I thought I'd snap a quick picture:

  3. Melissa - Mmm...yes, you definitely should. Although the more I make this the more I feel like the beef is unnecessary. LOL! Of course that would make it mushroom stroganoff, I guess. SP would never go for it, the little carnivore.
