Tilapia with Herb Butter

On Wednesday I made myself some tilapia and broccoli for dinner:


To prepare the tilapia I seasoned it with salt and pepper and cooked it quickly in a tiny bit of oil. I also made an herb butter using rosemary, thyme and basil to melt over the fish. Lemon juice was squeezed over the fish right before serving. The broccoli was simply steamed.
