B.L.A.T

B.L.A.T - bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato on toasted white bread slathered with mayo:


A simple dinner made with good ingredients is always satisfying, even if tomatoes aren't in season. The avocados were perfectly ripe and extra tasty with a squeeze of lemon and some salt and pepper.

  2. Jessy - Avocados are one of my favorite foods. I can eat a whole one with just some salt, pepper and lemon juice. And now that my supermarket is selling them for 99 cents each (as opposed to the $3 my old supermarket was getting) I find I'm buying them more often.

    D - Isn't it great?! I'm so happy I figured out how to do it.
