It took me awhile to roll all these mini meatballs, but the effort was worth it. This is a great, easy meal with wonderful flavors.

Swedish Meatballs with Egg Noodles
We have a lot of ground beef in the freezer so I thought Swedish Meatballs would be fun:

this was really good. thanks for the recipe!
ReplyDeleteOMG - this looks awesome! The only time I ever really eat swedish meatballs these days is when we go to IKEA - lol
ReplyDeleteIrina - Did you make them? If so, I'm glad they were good. :)
ReplyDeleteJoelen - You know, of all the times we've gone to IKEA I've never eaten there. I always wanted to try their Swedish meatballs since they serve them with some kind of jam instead of a sauce like I do.
I haven't had this dish since I was a kid and BOY is this making me crave it again! mmm....
ReplyDeleteI did, I posed it on my site. It was so good. I am having leftovers today!
ReplyDeleteKatie - You need to try this! It's a great meal and really easy. :)
ReplyDeleteIrina - I saw your post...I'm so glad you liked it! Even if it was an RR recipe. :P I really think this one cookbook is her best. Nothing weird, just simple comfort food cooking.
