As usual I had mine with scrambled eggs topped with cheddar cheese and bacon on a toasted and buttered English muffin. I do love a good, tangy cheddar.

Breakfast Sandwich
On Saturday morning I made us breakfast sandwiches, which I'm sure you've noticed have become our staple quick and easy weekend breakfast treat.

As usual I had mine with scrambled eggs topped with cheddar cheese and bacon on a toasted and buttered English muffin. I do love a good, tangy cheddar.

That muffin looks almost home-made! I can see you like your cheddar cheese - at first glance I thought it was egg. And that crispy bacon - I wish we got ours like that!
ReplyDeleteThis is our standard Sunday fare with fruit, juice, coffee, and the Sunday papers.
ReplyDeleteKatie - I wish the muffin was homemade! I'm not much of a baker and breads intimidate me. Maybe sometime in the future I'll get brave and try it. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, we do love our cheese!
Jerry - They're especially good for eating while reading the paper.
