Because my MIL is a fantastic woman she brought me a cheesesteak hoagie for lunch:
... the soft, chewy bread slathered with mayo and piled high with minced steak, melted cheese, sliced onion, tomato and lettuce really hit the spot before we started making the enchiladas.
