Burgers, Chips and Corn Fritters

We had a few ears of corn leftover so I decided to make corn fritters for dinner. I wasn't sure what to serve with the fritters but decided we should enjoy burgers while the weather is still good.

I love these corn fritters:

The trick is to put the batter in the pan and walk away for about 10 minutes. You want the fritter to get golden brown and that'll never happen if you mess with it.
