I saw this recipe for Pasta with Ricotta, Sausage, and Broccoli over at Food alla Puttanesca and knew I had to make it. I had chicken sausage in the freezer and broccoli and ricotta in the fridge. I ended up making it for lunches since I was still feeling sick in the evenings.
I loved the creaminess of the ricotta sauce and the lemon really brightened all the flavors. Delicious and simple.
What a great meatless meal!
