Broccoli Soup
The weather is starting to get warmer (we're in the middle of a heat wave at the moment) so I figured I had one last chance to make soup before next fall. We loved this recipe for broccoli soup the last time I made it and this time was no different.
I made the soup two Sundays ago and we ate it during the week with toasted ciabatta bread slathered with butter. I love dipping the buttered bread in the soup.
