SP loved the chicken parmesan I made a few weeks ago so when I didn't know what to make for dinner one night with the chicken I'd defrosted I threw this together.
It's a simple meal and I love that SP thinks it's the best thing I've ever made.
Kristi - Sorry for misleading you...I actually shallow fry the chicken so it isn't baked in the way you're thinking. I changed the wording in the post.
Baked, you say? It looks delicious! Please post the recipe... I've always wanted to make chicken parmesan but I don't want to fry the chicken.
