Scallop Scampi

We had some scallops in the freezer so SP suggested scallop scampi over spaghetti. I used the same recipe I used the last time I made scampi:


... but unfortunately it wasn't as good served over pasta. There wasn't nearly enough sauce and the flavors were lost in the pasta.


The scallops were delicious though, nice and meaty with a clean flavor of the sea.

  2. They look delicious - I especially like the coloured sear on the outside - I've never tried scallops but you certainly make them look tasty!
