Bacon Double Cheeseburgers and Fries
I got it in my head recently to make bacon double cheeseburgers. SP asked for burgers on Wednesday so I cooked up some bacon, made the burger patties a bit thinner then usual and we had our bacon double cheeseburgers:

That looks ridiculously AMAZING!! If only my DH could eat beef, I'd have burgers every week. I tried chicken/turkey/fish burgers but it just isn't as satisfying as a juicy beef burger :)
ReplyDeleteHoly MOLY. You know how much I love this. Burger with lots of meat, lots of cheese - bacon's fine - and not much else. Though I'd love to add a few jalapenos. Jeebus, HC, that's amazing.
ReplyDeleteJoelen - I agree...a big, beefy burger is so good! These were great, even if we froze trying to grill outside. :)
ReplyDeleteMelissa - Hehe...I knew you'd love these burgers. I thought I wanted bacon but it ended up not being necessary at all. I could have done with more gooey cheese, though!
