
... and I baked the first batch today. For these 8 loaves I needed to make the standard recipe four times. It was a lot of work, but the results should be worth it. Later today, once they're cool, I'll wrap them in red and green cling wrap.
And just for fun, here's a picture of our cat sleeping between the pillows on our bed. That seems to be his new favorite spot to catch a quick nap.

Hee hee, cute cat. Our Billy Lee sleeps with her head ON the pillow, like a person would. And pushes Jac or me off the pillow in the process.
ReplyDeleteI love banana bread! Banana prices have finally come down so I might have to bake some. Or banana muffins.
tfp - I finally tried a piece of the banana bread at my mom's house yesterday and it was quite yummy. I think I might use the same recipe to make muffins next time.
