SP loved the Deep-Dish Pepperoni Pizza I made on Tuesday so much that he asked me to make it again on Friday. I used the rest of the pepperoni and some sliced black olives:
Once again, the crust was crispy and golden-brown, with just a hint of chewiness.
I think I've spoiled SP - he asked me to make pizza like this for the foreseeable future.
I have to admit, it's a lot easier then the regular pizza I used to make. Less rolling, no preheating the pizza stone and then maneuvering the topped pizza onto the blazing hot stone and less mess. And the pizzas are perfect every time.
