Gifts from Louisiana
My friend Amy lives in Louisiana. We recently decided it would be a lot of fun to do a gift swap of a sampling of local, regional foods. I got my package on Friday:

Oh awesome! I am so unfamiliar with cooking of that region. I just made my first jambalaya last night though and it was great. Have fun with your goodies.
