Penna al Amatriciana

I wanted an easy dinner during the week so I cooked up a pasta sauce with chopped bacon and onions:


I served the sauce over penne with a sprinkling of grated Pecorino cheese.

  2. Hope you had some chili flakes in there as well. Bet you did or you wouldn't have named it Amatriciana!
