FYI, if you want a good packaged pasta, I received the Buitoni wild mushroom agnolotti from FoodBuzz the other day and holy CRAP that stuff is great. I bet you would love it. I didn't even make a sauce, just served it with grated cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper with a spinach salad. Easy and light.
Oh my, this looks delicious! I always have trouble finding round ravioli. For some reason I really prefer the round to the square.
