That looks really tasty! Do you cook your rice in a saucepan or a rice cooker? I ask because your rice looks really fluffy and I was wondering what method you use! :)
Katie - I cook it in a saucepan. I've spent a lot of time trying to get rice the right consistency. :)
Me too. It took a long time to get rice just right!I really want to make this again. I'm going to add it to next week's menu.
