Cheesesteak

One night a few weekends ago SP wanted to make his own cheesesteaks.


He did a great job, but added garlic to the onions and green pepper, which added a flavor we didn't think went with the rest of the sandwiches. Next time I think they'll be perfect.

  3. Oops, sorry folks. I didn't see all these comments asking about the meat. This was so long ago that I don't even remember. I'm sorry! This was before I faithfully documented all the recipes before posting to my blog. :(

    I'm assuming it was a thin-cut steak, like Steakums but fresh beef.
