Fish Cakes with Red Pepper Gravy and Spinach Mashers
We've always liked these fish cakes with red pepper gravy and spinach mashed potatoes:

Quick, easy meals are definitely a good option these days, especially around here since it's really hot - who wants to stand in front of a stove for more than 10 seconds? :P
