Texas Chicken Quesadillas and Sour Cream Rice
We love these Texas Chicken Quesadillas and the Mexican Sour Cream Rice. It's an easy meal to make and tastes delicious.

That sour cream rice looks delicious and perfect with the quesadillas! We have some left over rotisserie chicken in the fridge and it'd be perfect in these!
