Sliders, Beet Salad and Caprese Salad

We enjoyed last weekend's dinner so much we decided to have it again this weekend. SP cooked up some more sliders:


I also made another beet, goat cheese and arugula salad:


I also chopped up some of the tomatoes from my garden to make a caprese salad:


... with fresh basil and some cubes of mozzarella.
