I can't access your blog anymore. It says I'm not invited. :(<BR/><BR/>The ricotta definitely makes all the difference. And they are so easy to make, especially if you buy premade dough. Check your supermarket, a local Italian bakery or even a pizza parlor for the dough. Once you have the dough you just roll it out nice and thin, add your stuffing ingredients, seal it up and bake it.
