My sister refers to it as "Heart Attack in a Pan", but we really only eat it once a year. My recipe calls for an entire loaf of bread and I use cheddar cheese. There is also a mushroom soup goop that gets poured on in the morning before baking. My ex could eat himself sick on strata!<BR/><BR/>p.s....I found my way here from D :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
