I put a little more cheese in this time and just look at how gooey and fantastic it is. The yolks were perfectly cooked and the bacon was crispy. It's just a fantastic meal all around.

Bacon 'n' Egg Quesadilla
I loved these breakfast quesadillas so much I made myself another one for breakfast on Sunday.
I put a little more cheese in this time and just look at how gooey and fantastic it is. The yolks were perfectly cooked and the bacon was crispy. It's just a fantastic meal all around.
