Wednesday night we had calzones stuffed with ham, pepperoni, black olives, ricotta and mozzarella cheeses:
Once again they were huge:
... with plenty leftover for lunches the next day. I love these inside shots, with all the gooey, melty cheese and the various meats.
I served them with a quick marinara sauce made with crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
